What PropAtlas covers
PropAtlas tracks 300+ property technology vendors that sell to buyers in the United Kingdom. Each vendor is assigned to one primary category and may appear in secondary categories where its product genuinely serves that need.
Coverage spans property management, lettings, smart buildings, ESG, AI, real estate data, transactions and conveyancing, valuation and lending, construction and related areas of the built environment.
How vendors are added
Vendors enter the marketplace through PropAtlas research or a vendor listing request. Every entry is reviewed by a person before it is published. We confirm the company is trading, that the product is available to UK buyers, and that the website and description match what the product actually does.
Listings that fail review, are no longer trading, or no longer serve the UK are marked inactive and removed from public pages.
What each profile records
Profiles record the company name, website, headquarters, category, a plain description of the product, buyer types served, notable integrations and verification status. We describe products in neutral language and avoid repeating vendor marketing claims we cannot verify.
Where a field is unknown we leave it blank rather than estimate it. Pricing is only shown when it has been entered manually from a verifiable source.
Spotlight versus paid Featured Placement
Spotlight is an editorial selection. It is free and cannot be bought. Featured Placement is a paid advertising add-on and is always labelled as Featured. The two are recorded separately, so payment never influences editorial selection or ranking.
How we make money
Listings are free. Vendors pay an introduction fee when PropAtlas passes them a verified UK buyer, plus commission if that buyer signs a contract, and may optionally pay for Featured Placement. Fees do not affect which vendors we include, describe or recommend.
Research and news
Insights and Market Briefs may be drafted with the help of AI tools, but nothing is published automatically. Every article is reviewed and approved by an editor before it goes live, and each article shows its publication date.
Corrections
If any information on PropAtlas is wrong or out of date, email hello@explorepropatlas.com. Vendors can also claim their profile to request changes. We review corrections and update the record, usually within five working days.
