Your listing stays free and nothing is charged when you save a card. You are only invoiced when you accept a buyer introduction (£80 each), or you can start Featured Placement. All payments are processed securely by Stripe | PropAtlas never sees your card details.

  • You pay £80 only when you choose to accept a buyer introduction. You always decide first.
  • No accepted introductions means no charge, ever.

Saving a card costs nothing today. Introduction fees (£80 per qualified buyer introduction) are invoiced monthly. A success commission applies only when an introduced buyer signs; see pricing. Prices exclude VAT.
